Game Changing Partnership
In the fall of 2022, ROHIT COMMUNITIES partnered with LOUIS DUNCAN-HE DESIGNS to form a groundbreaking collaboration. We created three fully distinct designer interiors that would be applied to all of Rohit’s developments (from multi-unit towers, townhomes to single-family homes) across North America. Each of our 3 designer interiors were designed to speak to a specific consumer profile with unique demographics and psychographics. We worked very closely with Rohit's agency ZGM in creating campaign assets consisting: broadcast brand video, OOH, POP, digital and way-finding assets. Rohit X LDH ensures that each home is unique, perfectly curated and responsive to the changing landscape of home design trends and global supply and demand.
